What happens during an Energy Healing session?
Before your Ceremonial Energy Healing session you will be asked a couple of about what you would like to see shift and change in your life. Where do you feel stuck? Where do you thrive? What would you like to let go of and what would you like to call in?
After that, you will lie down in a comfortable position and I will open the field. I will connect with your energy body, your charkas, and I will scan your body to sense where there is thriving energy, and where there is stuck energy. I will then work with that energy to shift and Hanover it to be released into the earth. Sneindg it down into the earth neutralizes it and offers Mother Earth fertilize for her soil. She loves you so much, she wants your tears and pain. She wants your sorrow and pain so then she can return pure love, joy, acceptance and bliss to you instead.
After an energy healing session, you will feel lighter, calmer, more centred in your heart and have a sense of peace.
